GoodShepperd provides AI workflow diagnosis, workflow design and optimization, and implementation guidance based on the information provided by the user.

Services are billed at $10/hour. After submission, we review the workflow, estimate the hours required, and provide a quote.

Work begins only after user approval and payment.

Additional work beyond the initial scope is communicated clearly and requires approval before billing.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe. GoodShepperd does not store payment details.

GoodShepperd provides systems and recommendations to improve output, but does not guarantee specific financial or performance outcomes.

Users must provide accurate information and cooperate during workflow analysis.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, materials, workflows, and systems provided remain the intellectual property of GoodShepperd, and users receive a usage right.

GoodShepperd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, business interruptions, or loss of revenue or data.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance.
