Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 24, 2026

Submitting a diagnosis request does not require upfront payment.
Payment is required only after a quote is provided and accepted.
Once a quote is approved and payment is made, work is scheduled and resources are allocated. Payments for approved work are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered if GoodShepperd is unable to deliver the agreed service, a duplicate payment was made, or a billing error occurred.
If work has already started, refunds may be issued only for the unused portion of hours, based on internal assessment.
Users are encouraged to contact support before raising disputes so issues can be resolved directly.
Commitment

Approval First Billing

All work is strictly quoted and approved prior to billing. Diagnosis and implementation are scoped at $10/hr. No surprises.

We design AI systems for output. Specific financial results are not guaranteed. IP rights to bespoke systems are granted upon payment.

Refund Policy

Invoices are non-refundable once work commences, barring failure to deliver outlined scope.
